User experienced WMI collection timeout errors on 2 monitored servers after doing Windows server updates. Restarting the diagnostic service didn't solve the problem.
Spotlight uses window management instrumentation (WMI) to monitor O/S kernel infomation.
In some case, after Windows server updates, WMI need to refresh manually.
In the command line prompt of problem box, type wmiadap /f
