Resolution

This is product defect issue, it will be fixed in SoSSE 9.5.1 . Use the attached patch.

Follow below instruction:

1, Stop Diagnostic service

2, copy attached patch to C:\<INSTALLDIR>\Diagnostic Server\Agent\Conf\Package\SQLServer_Spotlight\2008

3, Start Diagnostic server.
