1. Go to Configure | Alarms | Services - Services not running
2. On the right-hand side, under the Severities box, highlight "Default Severities" (see KB128242_Fig_1.png)
3. In the "Severity" drop down menu, change to "Disable" (see KB128242_Fig_1.png)
4. Back in the Severities box, click on Add (see KB128242_Fig_2.png)
5. Type in the name of Windows service, for example "google update service"
6. Back in the "Severity" drop down menu, choose a severity (see KB128242_Fig_2.png)
