1. Install a new SoSSE with a new playback database (The SoSSE version should be the same as the prod)
2. Change the setting Store payback data for N days as long as the date historical data stored on (this step is to make the new SoSSE will not delete the old data in a later step) in the new SoSSE
3. Copy the entity files EXCLUDING _agent.xml (if you copy the files including _agent.xml, the new DS will not be able to start) from the folder Monitored_Entity in the prod to the new server
4. Restart Spotlight Diagnostic Server Service
5. Open old playback database and run Update statements to change the values in the field pb_domain_name to new Diagnostic Server name for the tables spotlight_playback_alarms, spotlight_playback_audit, spotlight_playback_data ,spotlight_playback_states
6. Switch the playback database to the old playback database for the new SoSSE
7. You will be able to see the old data after rewinding to the date in the new SoSSE
