Description
User gets error old Blocking alarm listed in alarm list.
These sessions don't even exist and yet the blocking lock alarm never clears in the Alarms by Time report. -
Resolution
This is product defect. We raised product defect case JIRA2256 for " Lock alarm don't stop on time bar after being acknowledged."
To resolve this issue, obtain script from support UnackBlockingAlarms.sql and run on playback database.
