User gets error old Blocking alarm listed in alarm list. These sessions don't even exist and yet the blocking lock alarm never clears in the Alarms by Time report.
Resolution
This is product defect. We raised product defect case JIRA2256 for " Lock alarm don't stop on time bar after being acknowledged."
To resolve this issue, obtain script from support UnackBlockingAlarms.sql and run on playback database.
