Some connections show "This connection is not currently being monitored" even though the connections are enabled.
Description

Some connections are showing the message "This connection is not currently being monitored" but the connections are enabled for monitoring.
Cause

Diagnostic Server cache issue
Resolution

1. From Services.msc, stop the Diagnostic Server service
2. Go to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\data\caches
3. Delete everything in there
4. Start the Diagnostic Server service

STATUS:
This issue has been linked to defect DS-1183 and is fixed in the 12.3 release, available from here
