Title

Alerts not generated / generated a several minutes after the scheduled collection.
Description

When blocking was occurring on a server alerts were not generated. They were fired several minutes after the blocking operation occurred.
Cause

There was another collection, which timeout and blocked other collections.
Resolution

1) Check if the collections are set frequently enough to catch the info about the issue
2) If there was a blocking process which timeout (mostly index fragmentation), try to set the collecting of timeout collection to a time when the server is less busy.
