How to create a Windows connection to a Windows server on MS Azure
Description

If a Windows server sits on SQL Azure, can a “Windows” connection from Spotlight be created to it? The question does not concern the SQL Azure connection feature in Spotlight but a Windows connection from Spotlight to a server on Azure.
Cause

Spotlight does not support creating a "Windows" connection to a Windows Server on Azure.
Resolution

WORKAROUND: None
STATUS: Enhancement request number has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight on SQL Sever Enterprise.
