The Alarm Action condition "The alarm has existed for more than" does not stick to the specified time.
For example, if the value is set to 5 min, alerts are still going out under 5 min.
The Alarm Action condition "The alarm has existed for more than" considers the length of time that the alarm is in the Overview page and not necessarily the length of time an issue exists.
Going with the example "The alarm has existed for more than 5 min", an alarm could fire off and clear within a minute but if that alarm has the acknowledgement checked, it will still stay active in the Overview page until the end user acknowledges the alarm. If user fails to acknowledge within 5 min, the alarm action will take the action specified in this Alarm Action.
