I/O alarm emails have a different subject line than other alarms.
Normally, a subject line reads:"Spotlight Enterprise notification for SERVERNAME"The new alarms for I/O read:"Spotlight notification for SERVERNAME"

Resolution
The subject filed for all alarms is the same:
Spotlight notification for <Connection Name>To double-check this fact we tested this area setting email notifications for â€Databases - Days Since Last Backupp†and â€I/O Wait Timee†alarms, they both send messages with the same subject.The situation described could occur because you had custom configured alarms before upgrade to ver.7. Overridden alarms definitions remained the same after the product upgrade, but default settings changed. Restoring default settings for all overridden alarms should resolve this problem. Then you can change settings back to desired thresholds.
