Unable to upgrade from v10.5 to Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise v11.0 in French Windows locale -
Description
When running the SoSSE_11.0.0.7560.exe installer, it crashes immediately.
In the Event Viewer there are errors about Framework Version v.4.0.30319, even if the machine is up to date with .NET Framework installations. -
