The same account/user-token can be used on multiple devices.
- The most likely cause of a 403 error when saving a user token is if the user token is incorrect. Please ensure the token is typed correctly, or copy/paste if necessary.
- Please try again, after waiting some time, incase of internet issues or if the Spotlight Express server was momentarily not responding at the time of the issue.
- Check if the iPad is working on the same network as the iPhone, ie local LAN or Mobile Network (eg 3G). If on a LAN, check if there are any proxy issues to be addressed.
