Project Lucy Upload Failure 'Error in '/' Application'

Spotlight is suddenly unable to upload data to Project Lucy even though when you try to configure Project Lucy, the connection test is successful.

Open the attached zip file onto the desktop, then use a command prompt to run the script file DoTest.cmd, and examine the output.

If you can see the text 'Test was successful' & 'The upload was successful' from the last 2 entries, this means the “upload to Spotlightessentials.com” utility (used by the DS) needs to be upgraded.


The program in the test (supplied in the attached zip), rename SPOTLIGHTUPLOAD.exe to LUCYUPLOAD.exe Then replace this exe in the folder C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\ext

Then, restart the windows Diagnostic Server service and wait for the next upload to measure success.
