Title
Availability Group Listeners are not receiving data since upgrade to version 13. -
Description
After upgrading the Spotlight client and Diagnostic Server to 13.0, once the services started, the Availability Groups (AG) connections (connections made to the listener) turn red, and the connections show no Databases in the list of Databases, and no Nodes in the Replica section.
The Main Alert that shows is :
'Connection 'Availability Group Failover Detection' Failed: Address:SERVER_NAME is not an Availability Listener Address.'
The Listener Name is correct though.
Using the IP address of the listener works, you can see the data.

Resolution
WORKAROUND:1. Go to Diagnostic Server installation folder:“C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Procedure”2. Backup HighAvailability-Databases.xml, HighAvailability-AvailabilityGroupStates.xml and HighAvailability-Replicas.xml to another folder. Please don't rename or backup within the same folder3. Replace the files with the attached files.4. Restart the Spotlight Diagnostic Server services
