  When connected to a SQL Server 2017 or 2019 database, Spotlight doesn't show the status of the services, 'SQL Server Reporting Services' and 'SQL Server Integration Services', even if they are installed and running.

• Description

  If you have the following services installed and running in SQL Server 2017 or 2019:
  
  * SQL Server Reporting Services
  * SQL Server Integration Services
  
  Then in Spotlight go to Monitor | Support Services | Service Status tab, it shows that both of these services as 'Not Installed', even when they are installed an running. This prevents alarms from showing also.
  
  The issue doesn't occur for SQL Server 2014 and earlier.

• Resolution

  WORKAROUND:
  None.
  
  STATUS:
  Waiting for fix in a future release of Spotlight Enterprise.
