Will Pager Duty work even though API v1 is no longer operational?
Description

Per Pager Duty site, it states "On October 19, 2018, REST API v1 was fully decommissioned and is no longer operational." How can we use Pager Duty in Spotlight if API v1 is no longer operational?
Cause

Pager Duty has REST API and Event API, and Spotlight only uses Event API. Thus a decommissioned v1 REST API will not affect Spotlight.
Resolution

WORKAROUND:
The steps outlined in the guide below to create an Integration Key will still work; fill Integration Key in Service API Key field for Spotlight. However, skip the creation of the API Access Keys and just input a random character on API Access Key field in Spotlight.
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
