1. Uninstall the Spotlight Client from the Programs and Features window.
2. Manually delete the Spotlight Enterprise in the Program Files (x86) directory.
3. Install the client only when reinstalling the Spotlight Enterprise software.
NOTE: Ensure to install the exact save version as before and ensure to un-check the Diagnostic Server during install if using the full installer.
4. Open the Spotlight client and then point the Diagnostic Server to the correct host name and it will work properly again.
