It's possible to check the SQL Server memory usage from a Windows connection | Processes drill down. Find the "SQLServr.exe" process, it will show the total physical and virtual memory usage via the Mem Usage and VM Size columns, respectively.
A page fault indicates a page was moved between RAM and the page file. A high rate of that can indicate memory pressure.
