WORKAROUND:
1. Login to Diagnostic Server machine and backup following files to a different folder:
{Diagnostic Server installation folder}\Agent\conf\Procedure\ SQLServer_SpotLight-IndexLatchWaits.xml
Diagnostic Server by default is C:\Program Files\Dell\Diagnostic Server
AND
{Diagnostic Server installation folder}t\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight\2005\QS_IndexLatchWaitTimes.sql
2. Replace these files with the attached ones in their appropriate folders.
3. Acknowledge all existing alarm errors
