Spotlight on SQL Server license has expired, when it is a permanent license (without expiration date or term)
At your convenience, look for QSAuthorize44.key in the Diagnostic Server folders. If it is installed to the default it should be in C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf folder.
To reinstall the key:
1. Go to Help | About Spotlight
2. Select Edit License
3. Enter Registered Key information
4. Exit Spotlight completely and restart for new key to take effect.
5. Verify the version os Spotlight installed. If we need to have Licensing regenerate the key, we'll need to give them the version number.
