WORKAROUND:
1. On the Diagnostic Server host locate the file {DS install dir}\Agent\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight\IdleWaits.txt and copy it to another folder as a backup. Note: Do not back up the IdleWaits.txt into the Diagnostic Server install path
2. Edit the file
3. Add BROKER_RECEIVE_WAITFOR to the end of file
4. Save the file
5. Restart the Spotlight Diagnostic Server service

Enhancement request has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
