Description
Error when attempting to configure Spotlight Cloud feature:
"The version of Spotlight Enterprise is incompatible with Spotlight Cloud"
See attached screen capture. Issue only pertains to Spotlight version 13.2.

Cause
The cause of error is connectivity issues to cloud. The error message is displayed by mistake. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND:Login to the Diagnostic Server host as the Diagnostic Server owner account. Next, whitelist the following required URLs from the Diagnostic Server host:https://api.spotlightessentials.comhttps://authzp.spotlightessentials.comhttps://dsmetadata.spotlightessentials.comhttps://id.quest.com/https://um-v2.spotlightessentials.comhttps://api.spotlightessentials.comhttps://audit.spotlightessentials.comhttps://authzp.spotlightessentials.comhttps://dsmetadata.spotlightessentials.comhttps://mds-alarmingest-v4-spot-prod.spotlightcloud.iohttps://mds-egress-v4-spot-prod.spotlightcloud.iohttps://mds-ingest-v4-spot-prod.spotlightcloud.iohttps://versions.spotlightcloud.io/https://spn.spotlightcloud.iohttps://login.microsoftonline.comhttps://spotlight.blob.core.windows.netSee KB Article 248834 to resolve Cloud connectivity issues.Restart the Diagnostic Server services.STATUS:Issue fixed in the current release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
