WORKAROUND:
Because this is a scalability issue caused by number of connections, one can install additional Diagnostic Servers and stagger connections across multiple Diagnostic Server. In order to see connections from these Diagnostic Servers, there are two methods:
1) Use existing Spotlight and under Configure | Diagnostic Server option switch address of Diagnostic Server. Note with this method only one set of connections can be viewed in Spotlight.
2) Make a copy of Spotlight client installation folder (Spotlight.exe) to a separate folder to create a second client. This second client would point to the second Diagnostic Server and user will have two Spotlight clients opened.
STATUS:
Waiting for fix in future version of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
