Resolution

Perform the following steps to change password of Diagnostic Server:
1. Login to the machine where Spotlight Diagnostic Server is installed
2. From Start Windows, run Services.msc
3. Locate Spotlight Diagnostic Server services
4. Right-click on it and select Properties
5. From Logon tab, change password and hit OK
6. Restart Diagnostic Server
