After upgrade to 12.2 the Diagnostic Server crashes with the following error:
"Stopping Diagnostic Server. catastrophic error occurred Loading configuration from .\conf\SERVICE\lucyservice.xml failed : Element 'baseUri' is already used with @org.simpleframework.xml.Element(name=, type=void, data=false, required=false) on field 'baseUri' private com.quest.adk.configuration.component.CloudURLComponent com.quest.adk.configuration.component.LucyComponent.baseUri at line 15"

WORKAROUND:
1. Remove the following file:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\SERVICE\lucyservice.xml
2. Restart Diagnostic Server services.

Waiting for fix in future release of Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise.
