SoSSE is unable to save alarm actions -
Description
Cannot save alarm actions. The steps to reproduce the issue are:1. Click on "Edit Alarm Actions"2. Then create a rule for an alarm action and click ok.3. The rule is visible in the Alarm Action Editor, the clicking ok4. Enter the Alarm Action Editor again, the rule is not visible anymore and is not executing.
