When the alarm is raised, from the Diagnostic Server host box, check the following:
1. Check if the Spotlight Essentials service is running by accessing https://www.spotlightessentials.com/
2. Check the Spotlight | Spotlight Essentials configuration to ensure the Spotlight Essentials account is valid. For more information, see Configure uploading to Spotlight Essentials.
3. Check the machine on which the Spotlight Diagnostic Server is installed can connect to the Internet. For more information, see Diagnostic Server - Access to the Internet.
4. Check the Proxy Server on the Spotlight Diagnostic Server. Ensure the proxy server supports HTTP 1.1. For more information, see Diagnostic Server - Access to the Internet.
Data is transferred once a minute from the Spotlight Diagnostic Server to mobile device. Data that is not successfully transferred is discarded.
