Error connecting to Windows: "Target Address must contain a machine name or IP address". -
Description
When setting up a new Spotlight on SQL Server Enterprise 10.5 and adding new servers by IP addresses, the following error message is thrown:
"Target Address must contain a machine name or IP address". not=now*
There is another instance of Spotlight (10.0.1.*) that is running fine. Adding servers back to Spotlight 10.5 using hostnames works fine.
