User has problem in configuring alarm for "Connections in use".
Please use these steps:
1. Disconnect all connections
2. Delete current connection pointing to the server that you want to monitor from Connection Manager (right click on the connection, delete)
3. Create a new connection for the new server
4. Go to "users" drilldown, right click the number below "Connections in use" (this is the "SpotlightLabel5"). Set the thresholds, make sure check the "Normal", "Information", "Low", "Medium", "High" check box and every severity has a value.
5.Click on View--Options--Alarm actions, uncheck all actions. create a new action; use this condition:
For all log entries
where the alarm has not been snoozed
and the alarm severity is greater than or equal to Low
and the connection is new1
and the control is SoSyb.UserActivityGeneral.SpotlightLabel5
