Getting Blank connection box when trying to connecting with SoO or SoRAC.
Resolution

If you do not have TNS_ADMIN set within the registry on your desktop PC which has a few Oracle homes installed, then SoO/SoRac will not be able to connect. Please make sure you have TNS_ADMIN setup within your registry before trying to connect.
