Spotlight on RAC has not received updated data during the last 120 seconds for the connection
The Sysstat query within Spotlight has failed to run within 120sconds. It's a mechanism to alert that Spotlight is not getting data on time. The problem happens mostly on extremely busy databases. You may also see "Loading" messages in drilldowns
There are two things you can do to help resolve this issue:
1. Click Ignore, which will prevent the message from appearing for the remainder of that Spotlight session.
2. Change the timeout period. This is done manually as follows. Go to (typically) C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight\Plug-ins\SoRAC. Edit file "config.xml" and increase the 120 number.
