Unable to create a connection to monitor oracle databases. getting 'Cannot load OCI DLL: D:\.......\BIN\oci.dll'

Cause
Most common reason for this error is when your default Oracle client on the machine where Spotlight is installed is 64bit, and the install you used is 32bit and vice versa : when your Oracle is 32bit but you installed 64bit Spotlight.

Resolution
Please verify that is this is the case, and uninstall and install the correct one.
