Data missing from Show Describe screen (4341883)

After upgrading, Show Describe data from the Explain Plan screen is missing data. Column format and sizing data missing from Table Describe section. Index column and distinct key data missing. Some data is populated, but most is blank, this is a bigger issue for troubleshooting indexes.

Most common reason for that is, if the oracle User Wizard was not ran after upgrade (under File menu) and also if it was ran but you possibly didn't select predictive diagnostics during Oracle user wizard.
Run the wizard using sys account on the second screen and then select existing user form the next screen (the user that you use for your Spoltight connection) and then on the last screen you would leave the checkmark checked for Predictive Diagnostics.
