Tried to configure Spotlight but keep getting errors, ORA-12154 and than ORA-12504.

Suggestions
1. Apply Patch 4923787 or later
2. Upgrade to latest Oracle client
3. Install Spotlight into a path does not contain parentheses. e.g. C:\QuestSoftware\Spotlight
verify PATH to have oracle_home in front of env details and verify the tnsnames.ora entries
