Cause
It is related to the Professional Edition of Spotlight on Oracle (Predictive Diagnostics).

Resolution
WORKAROUND:
1) Please drop the Spotlight user again, and re-create the user via the User Wizard. When you get to the page of the wizard that asks:
2) Create/Upgrade Predictive Diagnostic Schema
3) Untick the check-box, so that the Predictive (PPCM) objects are not installed, nor the associated Jobs scheduled. That should remove the messages being written to the Alert Log.STATUS:
