Slideshow raising an AV when connected to multiple dbs and Hosts (4325146)

Error pops up with slideshow view:

Access violation at address 000000000047D564 in module 'Spotlight.exe'. Read of address 0000000000000000

WORKAROUND

 Apply the attached file.

Note – this is for Spotlight 9.5.1 - Win64 which according to the support bundle is the bit version the customer have. So please confirm this first before proceeding.

To apply the patch:

1. Locate the folder in which Spotlight.exe is being run from. Generally this is “c:\program files\quest software\Spotlight on Oracle 9.5\console”
2. Rename the Spotlight.exe in the above folder. Eg. Spotlight.exe_OLD
3. Extract the version in the attached zip
4. Test that Spotlight performs as expected.
