Resolution
Migration of Spotlight objects when upgrading Oracle versions: You cannot automatically migrate Quest Central database objects (including Spotlight objects) from a previous version of Oracle when you upgrade a database to a new version of the Oracle database management system. The suggested procedure is:
1. Use Quest Central to uninstall all Quest Central objects from the old database.
2. Migrate the Quest Central database to the new version of Oracle.
3. Reinstall the Quest Central objects after the new database is running.
