Description
Running the Oracle User Wizard to create the Spotlight user gave the following error:
The Spotlight User Wizard has encountered and error. An error was reported for table "MakeXViews" in connection "<your_database>."
The error is:
ORA-04021: timeout occurred while waiting to lock object SYS.UTL_FILE
ORA-06512: at line 164
in table MakeXviewsI also got the same error running the script directly on the production server.
