Does Spotlight create an extra load on the database during calibration? -
Description
I have Spotlight installed and connected to the database but I'm concerned that Spotlight may create an extra load on the database during calibration.

Resolution
When a new Spotlight connection is opened for the first time, Spotlight will calibrate the normal operating conditions for that connection. The calibration tool just calculates the normal range of metric values for the system, but does not place an extra load on the database.
