Is it possible to have alarms gather users info and top SQLs so that when reviewing alarm alerts or replaying a past period, Spotlight will show which SQLs were running at that time and which users were on?
The Alarm Action currently in Spotlight does not have an option to gather users’ info or tops SQLs.

STATUS: Enhancement request number SOO-1893 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight on Oracle.
