Description

Running Spotlight on Oracle, the following error occurred:

'Cannot create file C:\Users\<user profile>\AppData\Roaming\Quest Software\Toad for Oracle\SettingsLocations.ini. The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.'
Resolution

Add SettingsLocations.ini file to the safe list of the virus scan.
