Error when trying to update Spotlight on Windows 2000 SP4 computer (sp4):
"Class not registered. Details:Source: 004A989D(Spotlight.000A889D)"
MSXML4.0 SP2 is installed, but I can find msxml4.dll only (not msxml3.dll). I have also re-registered dll file (regsvr c:\winnt\system32\msxml4.dll), but the error message is the same like before: "Class not registered" and during installation: "Exception EOleSysError in module Spotlight.exe".
You need to have both MSXML3.DLL and MSXML4.DLL installed in C:\Winnt\System32\ and registered.
