Resolution
1. Download the Spotlight on Oracle .msi installer file from the supportlink website onto your desktop.
2. Open a Dos prompt and type the following:
msiexec.exe /I "<source path of the msi file>" /qn INSTALLDIR="<destination path>"
Example:
msiexec.exe /I "C:\Documents and Settings\<loginID>\Desktop\SoOStandard.5.0.1.1022.msi" /qn INSTALLDIR="c:\Program files\Quest Software\Spotlight"
