WORKAROUND 1
Open Spotlight and go to File | User Wizard | and install the objects.
WORKAROUND 2
If objects exist from a previous version of Spotlight, run the attached drop script via SQL PLUS as the Spotlight schema to drop the objects. Then open Spotlight and go to File | User Wizard | and install the objects.
WORKAROUND 3
1) Please, drop the existing Spotlight user by using the script called DROP_OBJECTS_spot.sql
2) Then, go to the following directory and recreate the Spotlight user manually:
C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Spotlight\Plug-ins\SoO\OracleScripts
Look for the install.sql and follow the instruction from the
Manual Oracle User Installation Scripts.htm
3) Delete the Connection profile from the Spotlight Connection Manager window
and recreate it with the Spotlight user that has the Spotlight objects.
STATUS
