Spotlight on Oracle shows library cache hit-ration as 0 % which is not true

Resolution
The figure being displayed on the home page (in this case 0%) is always the Shared Pool Utilization. However there are several possible alarm conditions that can be represented on that component. To see information about the alarm that has been fired, you should mouse over the component. That will show both an explanation of the value displayed, and also information about any alarms that are current against that component.
