Error when trying to connect: "The license number of Oracle servers has been exceeded"
1. Go to C:\documents and settings\all users\application data\quest software\spotlight.
2. Delete the file SoOConnect.xml / SoOConnections.xml.
3. Re-launch Spotlight.
If the file could not be found using Windows Explorer (causes by wrong Explorer settings for hidden folders and files), open a dos prompt and run the command: dir sooconnections.xml /s
