Does Spotlight on Oracle access any Oracle license modules / management packs by default, therefore introducing any Oracle licensing issues?
Resolution
Spotlight does not access any of the management packs by default.
It used to (and showed a warning) but this was removed from the product many releases ago. Spotlight on Oracle should not cause any Oracle licensing issues.
