When upgrading to the latest version of Spotlight on Oracle, I encounter a message to upgrade the Spotlight user account via the Oracle User Wizard prior to connecting to the database. When I attempt to upgrade the Spotlight user account via the Oracle User wizard by selecting "Reconfigure <userName> for use with Spotlight", the following error occurs:
"1 Spotlight connections running on the database. Please disconnect all of them and try again.
User = <userName>, SID = 13, Serial = 84"
Another user is connected with Spotlight on Oracle using the same user account. The Oracle User wizard cannot reconfigure the user account while the account is in use.
Find other installations of Spotlight on Oracle at the user's site and verify that no other users are connected using the same user account.
