Delete and then catalog a new database in your DB2 client. Spotlight only pickup the database inside DB2 client catalog repository. If you use Toad client, you can pick up the database already cataloged in Toad client.
1) Launch Spotlight, Options | Spotlight on DB2 LUW options | DB2 Client, change client to Toad client
2) Add a new connect in Spotlight Connection manager by:
File | Connect | Add new connection
If you want to keep using current using DB2 client, you need delete the database in DB2 client and catalog a new one.
